Drive north from Kathmandu along scenic mountain highways through Trishuli bazaar, passing terraced hills, waterfalls, and rivers to reach the trailhead village of Syabrubesi.
03Trek from Syabrubesi to Gatlang
Begin your trek climbing up through terraced hillsides and pine forests to reach Gatlang, a traditional Tamang settlement featuring unique stone-and-wood houses and a welcoming local community.
04Trek from Gatlang to Tatopani
Trek along ridge trails past forests and small streams down to Tatopani, where you can soothe your muscles in the natural healing hot springs.
05Trek from Tatopani to Thuman via Nagthali Jyong
