1. Booking Agreement

By submitting a booking request through this website, you agree to provide accurate traveler information and to complete the required deposit and balance payments according to the schedule shown at checkout for your trek.

2. Pricing

Prices shown are per person and are subject to change based on group size, season and any add-ons selected. Confirmed bookings lock in the price shown at the time of deposit payment.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for holding valid travel documents, arranging appropriate travel insurance, and disclosing any medical conditions relevant to high-altitude travel before departure.

4. Company Responsibilities

Shailung Trails & Trekking Pvt. Ltd. arranges permits, licensed guides, accommodation and support described in each trek’s inclusions, and will communicate any material itinerary changes as early as possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trekking at altitude carries inherent risk. Shailung Trails & Trekking Pvt. Ltd. takes reasonable safety precautions but is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather, natural events or government permit changes.
