02Drive from Kathmandu to Koto via Besisahar
Drive from Kathmandu along the Prithvi Highway to Besisahar, then transfer to a local jeep along bumpy mountain roads tracing the Marsyangdi River up to the village of Koto.
03Trek from Koto to Meta
Leave the main Annapurna Circuit trail to officially enter the restricted Nar Phu valley, trekking through pine forests, across suspension bridges, and past rushing waterfalls up to Meta.
04Trek from Meta to Phu Village
Trek past ancient ruined fortress settlements and dramatic rock canyons, opening up to a wide plateau where the medieval Tibetan village of Phu comes into view.
05Acclimatization and Exploration Day in Phu Village
Spend an acclimatization day exploring the labyrinth-like alleys of Phu village, observing local women weaving wool, and hiking up to the historic Tashi Gompa monastery.
06Trek from Phu Village to Nar Village

Make a pre-dawn start to conquer Thorong La Pass (5,416 m), then enjoy a long, sweeping descent into the sacred pilgrimage village of Muktinath before catching a afternoon jeep ride to Jomsom.
13Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara and Transfer / Drive
Board an early morning scenic mountain flight from Jomsom back to Pokhara over the Kali Gandaki gorge, concluding your Nar Phu and Annapurna high-altitude journey.
