Take a short drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal, enter Shivapuri National Park, and climb stone steps alongside a watershed reservoir up to the ridge settlement of Chisapani for sunset views.
03Trek from Chisapani to Kutumsang
Descend through lush oak and rhododendron forests, passing small rural farm settlements before climbing gently to the hillside village of Kutumsang.
04Trek from Kutumsang to Tharepati
Trek along a scenic, high ridge path through uninhibited forest areas, ascending past Yum Danda to reach Tharepati, which offers fantastic mountain vistas.
05Trek from Tharepati to Tarke Ghyang
