02Fly Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding
Take a scenic flight to Lukla and begin trekking along the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding.
03Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Cross suspension bridges, enter Sagarmatha National Park, and climb steadily to Namche Bazaar.
04Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Hike toward Everest View Hotel or Khumjung for acclimatization and early views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.
05Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
Follow a scenic trail above the valley, descend to Phunki Thenga, and climb to Tengboche Monastery.
06Tengboche to Dingboche
Descend through forest, cross the Imja Khola, pass Pangboche, and climb into the open valley of Dingboche.
07Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Use a rest and acclimatization day with an optional hike toward Nangkartshang for broad mountain views.
08Dingboche to Lobuche
Walk past alpine terrain and the memorial area near Thukla before reaching Lobuche beside the Khumbu Glacier.
09Lobuche to Gorak Shep and Everest Base Camp
Trek to Gorak Shep, continue across glacial moraine to Everest Base Camp, then return to Gorak Shep.
10Kala Patthar Sunrise, Descend to Pheriche
Climb Kala Patthar before dawn for the signature Everest sunrise view, then descend to Pheriche.
11Pheriche to Namche Bazaar
Retrace the trail through Pangboche and Tengboche before descending and climbing back to Namche Bazaar.
12Namche Bazaar to Lukla
Descend through the Dudh Koshi valley and return to Lukla for the final evening with the trekking crew.
13Fly Lukla to Kathmandu
Take the morning flight back to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel for rest or free time.
14Final Departure from Kathmandu
Transfer to the airport for your onward flight or extend your stay in Nepal.
