Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our friendly representative from Shailung Trails & Trekking will meet you and transfer you comfortably to your hotel. After check-in, you can relax at the hotel or explore the lively streets around Thamel. In the evening, we organize a welcome dinner where you can enjoy delicious traditional Nepali cuisine while meeting your guide and learning more about the upcoming Muktinath journey.

After breakfast, we begin our scenic journey from Kathmandu towards Pokhara. The drive follows winding mountain roads alongside beautiful rivers, green hills, traditional villages and terraced farmland. As we gradually approach Pokhara, the landscape becomes increasingly spectacular. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk around Phewa Lake and the famous Lakeside area. You can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, cafés, restaurants and beautiful sunset views over the surrounding hills.

This is one of the most exciting days of the tour. We wake up early and head to Pokhara Airport for the spectacular Pokhara–Jomsom flight. The approximately 20-minute flight takes you through one of Nepal's most dramatic mountain landscapes. On a clear day, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri and other Himalayan peaks. After landing at Jomsom, our private 4WD jeep will take you deeper into Mustang. The journey passes through the beautiful Kali Gandaki Valley and traditional Himalayan settlements. Depending on the route and road conditions, you may pass through Marpha, Tukuche and Kagbeni before reaching Ranipauwa/Muktinath. After checking into your hotel, you can visit the surrounding area and prepare for the sacred Muktinath visit.

Today is the spiritual highlight of our entire journey. Early in the morning, we visit the sacred Muktinath Temple, a holy destination for both Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims. Hindu devotees traditionally take holy baths under the 108 water spouts and worship at the temple. The eternal natural flame at the nearby Jwala Mai Temple is another major attraction. The surrounding area offers an extraordinary combination of spirituality and Himalayan beauty, with spectacular views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Buddhist pilgrims also consider Muktinath an important sacred site, making the area a beautiful example of Nepal's religious harmony. After completing the temple visit, return to the hotel and enjoy the peaceful Himalayan surroundings.

After breakfast, we begin our return journey by private jeep. We descend gradually through the dramatic Mustang landscape towards Kagbeni, an ancient settlement located at the confluence of the Kali Gandaki River. Kagbeni is famous for its narrow stone-paved alleys, traditional Tibetan-style houses, ancient monastery and unique Himalayan culture. Take time to explore the village and enjoy lunch before continuing towards Jomsom. On the way, you can enjoy views of the Kali Gandaki Valley and surrounding Himalayan peaks. Arrive in Jomsom and check into your hotel. The evening is free to explore the town and enjoy the local atmosphere.

After an early breakfast, we head to Jomsom Airport for our scenic flight back to Pokhara. The return flight provides another opportunity to enjoy spectacular Himalayan scenery, especially the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. Upon arrival in Pokhara, transfer to your hotel and relax. Depending on your interest and available time, you can enjoy optional sightseeing around Pokhara, including: Phewa Lake Tal Barahi Temple Davis Falls Gupteshwor Cave Lakeside Market In the evening, enjoy a peaceful walk along Phewa Lake

After breakfast, we begin our scenic drive back to Kathmandu. Enjoy the changing landscape of Nepal as we travel through green hills, rivers, villages and terraced farmland. Upon reaching Kathmandu, check into your hotel and relax. The afternoon is free for shopping and exploring Thamel. You can purchase souvenirs, handicrafts, traditional Nepali products and trekking items. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner with the Shailung Trails & Trekking team.

After breakfast, you will have free time depending on your international flight schedule. Our representative will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your final departure.
